Stockport Engagement Photographer

Meet Claire and Drew. They get married next month at the fantastic Castlefield Rooms in Manchester. As they both live in Reddish we decided to meet up at Reddish Vale Country Park for this Stockport engagement photographer session. I always enjoy these sessions away from the wedding, it gives us a chance to talk about the plans for the big day and for the couple themselves to get used to me and the camera.

Regular readers of the blog will have seen quite a few of my shoots in The Vale, it’s a really beautiful place to take a walk around. Even in the bleak winter months, there is still so much to see and do. As we met up early in the morning (well 10.30am) the sun was still very low in the sky, so we took advantage of this with some lovely back lit photos. Talking of the weather, we very nearly cancelled the shoot as it was pouring down on the way to the park. Luckily though, the weather gods were on our side and although it stayed damp, the rain did stay off for the shoot.
