Lisa & Mike | Pre wedding shoot at Curbar Edge, Peak District

Lisa & Mike are getting married next month at Hargate Hall in the Peak District, which is situated just outside Buxton. They decided to have their pre wedding shoot at the stunning location of Curbar Edge. For those who aren’t familiar with this place, it sits high up on the Peaks with some amazing views and is popular with rock climbers and hang gliders alike. None of those shenanigans for us though, just a walk along the top and a chance to take in the views. We were lucky with the weather, the rain held off just long enough for us to make our way along the edge and back.

A pre wedding shoot is a great way to get a little more comfortable in front of the camera and of course to have some beautiful photos taken before the wedding day. It’s also a chance for us to have a chat about your plans for the big day. It’s included as standard with all of my wedding packages.

Lisa & Mike were great to photograph and as usual in these situations, they started off being a little bit nervous and not knowing what to expect but they soon got into their stride and turned into complete naturals by the end of the shoot. I’m really looking forward to the wedding day which is fast approaching so keep your eye out on the wedding blog for that one, it’s sure to be a stunner.

Here’s a few from this Curbar Edge pre wedding shoot, I hope you like. If you’d like to see more pre wedding photography, from the Cheshire and Manchester areas, then take a look at the engagement section.
