Family Portrait Photography Cheshire – Lyme Park

I love family portrait photography in Cheshire at this time of year and when I get asked to go to Lyme Park then there’s no stopping me. Lorna and her family were now on their third photo shoot with me. All three at Lyme Park but this one was a little different, we went into the gardens instead of the parkland. It was a special weekend and Lyme were allowing dogs into the garden when they usually restricted.

As usual as these shoots, we met up in the car park an took the walk up to to the courtyard just outside the house. As we had Lorna’s dog Maggie with us, she couldn’t resist taking her into the garden. We got there early and were the first into garden and it felt for a while we had the place to ourselves. Some of the areas were roped off and out of bounds though as Lyme was flooded recently and suffered quite a bit of water damage. It’s underway to being restored again though with the team of dedicated volunteers.

Well here’s the results of Lorna and her side of the family. Can’t wait until the next one.
