2017 – Best of Lifestyle Family Photography

Best of 2017 lifestyle photography

A few of my favourite lifestyle photos from this year

When you think of professional family photography, most people would think of a studio shoot, white background, cheesy poses and not a hair out of place. Family photography can be and should be much more than that. That’s why I love lifestyle photography, it’s all about the connection, not the poses and you can only see that when you’re relaxed doing something you enjoy, not sat on the floor in a studio!

Here we go

We are going back all the way back to January 2017 with this one and my first shoot of the year photographing Harshini & Raj’s family in Stockport’s, Lyme Park. It’s been non stop ever since with my last photo shoot being just after Christmas, again ending up in Stockport, this time at Bramhall Park in the freezing cold.

Location, location, location

As with wedding photography, the location can make a huge difference to your photos and boy have I been to some fantastic locations again this year, including Debyshire, Cheshire and Manchester. All the way from Delamere Forest to Curbar Edge in the Peak District and everywhere in between, but saying that it’s still the people that make it special for me.

It’s showtime

Well enough talking and onto the bit you want to see, the photos. Hope you enjoy them and if you would like something like this with your family, then just get in touch to arrange a date. Hope to see you soon.

If you want to see some more of these photo shoots, take a look at the lifestyle gallery page where you’ll see everything that happened in 2017 and more.
Here are a few of the locations I have worked at this year, Tatton Park, Dunham Massey, Lyme Park, Quarry Bank Mill, Curbar Edge, Delamere Forest, Lymm Dam, Vernon Park, and Bramhall Park.
