This was my second time as a Lyme Breeze Wedding Photographer in Adlington, Cheshire. Lyndsay & Tammy were determined to tie the knot and weren’t going to let the lockdown restrictions stop them. So a scaled back intimate wedding was called for to adhere to the guidelines. They decided to have a split wedding with the ceremony this year for very close family and friends and then it’s back to Lyme Breeze next year for the party.
Lyme Breeze is tucked away in the Cheshire countryside just outside Poynton. It’s located in the most gorgeous setting right beside the canal. Unfortunately the rain set in on Lyndsay & Tammy’s wedding day so we only had a brief chance to use the outside for photos. Fingers crossed the weather will be kinder to us next year when we do it all again.
The car was provided by Highstyle cars, with Lyndsay, Tammy and close family inside. As usual, Kate and the team at Lyme Breeze were there to greet everybody as they arrived. The ceremony was beautiful with tears and laughter in equal amounts. After the formalities, we took a few family group shots outside and then Lyndsay, Tammy and myself strolled around for a few couple shots. That unfortunately was my cue to go. Everybody else stayed around for a few nibbles, drinks and to gaze at the cake made by Cheryl Fitzsimmons of Real Cakes of Cheshire.
I know a lot of wedding couples are scared of how their wedding photography will look when guests are wearing masks, well I think you can see from the photos here that it makes absolutely no difference. You can see the warmth and emotion still shining through their eyes.
Can’t wait for part two next year. To Lyndsay & Tammy, thank you for booking me and being so brilliant on the day.
