Stockport family photoshoot in Bramhall Park
At the weekend I met up for a Stockport family photoshoot in Bramhall Park with Angela, Steve & their two daughters. Angela & Steve get married next month and have chosen me to be their wedding photographer. Usually these pre wedding shoots are just of the couple but Angela wanted to bring their two girls along and get them involved too.
Regular readers will know I use Bramhall Park for engagement shoots on a regular basis and I usually choose a time in the morning as there are less people to get in the way of the photographs. This shoot was planned for 2pm and I expected quite a few families in the park to make the most of the dry weather. What I didn’t expect though was half of Stockport being there for a family fun day. There were dozens of stalls all around the park, bouncy castles and a duck race on the river. The fun day was organised by Bramhall and Woodford Rotary Club and all money raised will be shared between Walthew Valley School and other charities supported by the club.
Anyway back to our photos, we managed to find a few areas where there weren’t crowds of people and used these places for our shots. Can’t wait for the wedding next month at Norbury Parish Church in Hazel Grove and the reception at The Pinewood on Wilmslow. Keep checking the blog for the details.
Here’s a few from the day and remember if you’d like a Stockport family photoshoot of your own, you don’t need to be getting married, I offer family portraits separately, click the portraits page for more details.
