Pre Wedding Photography at Lyme Park in Cheshire

Pre Wedding Photography at Lyme Park in Cheshire

I first met Simona & Andrew in Manchester city centre when we had a chat about their wedding. They had chosen Didsbury House Hotel in Manchester as their venue and seen my photos on the website from Steph & Ade’s wedding. They booked me straight away and to say I am excited about their wedding is an understatement. Really can’t wait for this one but I won’t have to wait long as it’s taking place this Saturday.

Anyway on to this pre wedding photography shoot at Lyme Park, just on the Cheshire/Derbyshire border. It was pretty quiet as it was a Monday morning and it was also Andrew’s birthday so they had both taken the day off. As usual we set off from the car park up the path to Lyme Hall. Instead of going into the courtyard though we turned left and climbed the hill to The Cage. Apart from a few hardy walkers and a litter picker there was hardly anyone else around. The weather couldn’t have been better for an early autumn photo shoot, the sun was out, lots of blue sky and whispy clouds and only a little breeze in the air.

After making our way back down from The Cage, we headed to Lyme Hall once again and used the outer courtyard for a few more photos before taking the hill down to the duck pond and finishing off on the little wooden bridge near the cafe. Keep checking in on the blog as the wedding will be appearing here soon.
