Faye and Matt’s Wedding The Plough Inn, Eaton, Cheshire
The Plough Inn at Eaton Cheshire was the venue for Faye and Matt’s wedding day recently. My day started at Faye’s house photographing all of the girls plus Faye’s brother Tom getting ready. Make up and hair was done in the conservatory which made for some fantastic light coming through from all angles which really made the photos pop.
After I had finished at the house, I took the drive from Cheadle Hulme to Macclesfield and to St Paul’s Church. A beautiful old building but being stood on a hill made it a little chilly up there. The vicar was very obliging and gave me permission to wander around as the ceremony took place. After a few shots outside, it was back in the car again and deeper into Cheshire to the Plough Inn, Eaton which is just outside Congleton.
A pub with a rustic barn, perfect for a country wedding
The Plough Inn at Eaton is a very beautiful little pub come wedding venue. It’s separated into two main parts, the pub/restaurant and on the other side a gorgeous oak beamed wedding ceremony/reception room.
Lots of laughs at the speeches
The best men (two of them) had Matt sat on his mum’s knee for most of the speech, I’ll let the photos do the talking on that one!
A walk up to the old oak tree before darkness fell
We took the time to walk up the road for a few final shots of the newlyweds by the old oak tree and managed to catch the sunset before it went dark. Everyone else stayed behind and enjoyed the ambience of this great Cheshire pub. After the cake cutting and first dance, it was my time to head back home.
Well there you have it, Faye & Matt, thank you for having me aboard, here is your day.
