Well it’s not everyday you get the use of a private country estate for the afternoon. Bri knew the owners of Harrock Hall and they let us in for the afternoon for our shoot. The two girls loved it, there was still a few traces of snow around to keep them occupied and there were plenty of leaves for Grace to collect fro her nature book.
Karen and Bri’s wedding is in July at St Andrews Church, Radcliffe, Manchester and the reception is at Bolholt Country Park Hotel in Bury and I’m already looking forward to it, as they all took to the camera very quickly. Here’s a few from the day and don’t forget engagement shoots are included free with all wedding photography packages and I still have some dates available for 2013.
If you like this Harrock Hall engagement photography session, why not have a photo shoot session yourself? It’s available as part of my full day wedding package or as an £100 stand alone session. Click the engagement gallery for more info.

glad you got to go there 😉

Harrock hall was also my ancestral home. John Rigby was my 12 great uncle. His father was my direct great grandfather. Get in touch I would love it Pam

Thanks for your comment Joanne. The house is privately owned by a house builder and is very impressive and in amazing condition. Brian, who is in these photos, knows the owner and that’s how we got permission to take the shots.

How very lovely-having your photos taken at our family’s ancestral home was a nice surprise for this Floridian. My 89-year-old Uncle John Rigby, the last direct descendant with the famous name (that we know of), lives in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Thank you for a peek of Harrock Hall. xo Cheers, Joanne
